Align Wisconsin is a workforce intermediary launching in Racine, WI with the vision to expand statewide. We start with the data, examining employer demand and talent supply to identify gaps across occupations and industries, and then work to close them.
We are working towards bringing together employers, educators, community organizations, and government partners to build strong, sustainable talent pipelines. By aligning systems, policies, funding, and partnerships, we help ensure Wisconsin develops the workforce needed for in-demand, high-quality jobs.

A NEW VISION
Over the last thirty-five years, Racine has held the highest municipal unemployment in the state of Wisconsin.
By 2030, our goal is to employ 500 Racine residents from five central-city census tracts into family sustaining careers.
