Jeff Neubauer is the CEO and president of Align Wisconsin and a lifelong Racine resident who has spent time in both the public and private sectors, as well as the nonprofit world. He served as a member of the Wisconsin legislature and as head of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, owned and ran his family’s distribution business for 30 years, and launched Higher Expectations for Racine County which led to the creation of this new workforce intermediary.
