Susan Dunseth is the Director of Workforce Innovation at Align Wisconsin and has spent her career in the training, education, and workforce space driving social impact work for large corporations as well as small nonprofits. Most recently, she led the employer consultation piece for a workforce intermediary in Chicago whose portfolio served over one hundred employer partners including ten Fortune 500 organizations to build their human capital and talent pipelines.
